Job Overview:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Own and manage the early stages of the sales funnel by qualifying leads and scheduling discovery meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system, tracking outreach, follow-ups, and lead progression.
- Effectively articulate Lumenci value propositions in client communications, aligning solutions to customer pain points.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop tailored outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.
- Ensure smooth transition of qualified leads to the Account owners (Growth team) for further engagement and closure.
- Work in alignment with US business hours and maintain consistent communication with both clients and internal teams.
Education and Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales; SaaS sales exposure preferred.
- Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal.
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce etc) and sales automation platforms is a plus.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
