People employed in this position are primarily responsible for Financial Inventory Reporting for Enterprise, budgeting and alignment with stakeholders, inventory management, material forecasting, material forecasting accuracy/analysis/reporting and vendor supply chain forecasting coordination and escalation.


This involves partnering with internal Finance and Network Planning/Operation teams to understand time-based product needs, supplier supply chain capacity/lead-times, inventory supply analysis, as well as the attention to detail required to maintain inventory in the right place at the right time.


Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with supplier's on Forecasting/Planning and existing order delivery timing based on business needs


- Maintain appropriate warehouse inventory levels


- Provide feedback to appropriate departments on meeting customer requirements


- Quote lead times for equipment delivery for requested service times


- Quickly react to usage levels to meet customer orders and minimize company risk


- Manage effective relationships with third party vendors


- Develop, improve, and monitor reporting processes


- Make recommendations to management regarding improvements in the control processes to better enable the company to be efficient, cut costs and improve cycles to customers


- Follow up on open orders and issues that have not been resolved


- Monthly reporting metrics


Mandatory Skills:


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field


- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning within a complex or fast-paced environment.


- Strong understanding of inventory optimization, forecasting methodologies, and replenishment strategies.


- Proven experience working with ERP / planning systems and advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.


- Ability to analyze trends, manage exceptions, and drive data-backed decisions to balance service levels and inventory costs.


- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
