Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders
- Drive requirement gathering, solution alignment, and delivery strategy
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization
- Ensure compliance with organizational and client-specific processes
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve delivery excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in data, analytics, or cloud-based projects
- Strong experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in project planning tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Data Management, MDM, Data Quality, or Data Integration projects
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exposure to tools like Informatica (IDMC, CDI, CDQ, MDM) is a plus
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certifications are an added advantage
