4. Project & Change Management:
- Lead compensation-related projects (e.g., pay restructuring, policy transitions) with strong planning, execution, and closure discipline.
5. Change Management:
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure adoption and sustainability.
6. Leadership Partnership:
- Provide strategic insights to leadership on compensation trends, workforce cost optimization, and reward competitiveness.
