LuLu Group - Finance Manager - CA

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager in Retail will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, budgeting, and analysis for the retail division. This individual will work closely with other departments to ensure financial goals and strategies are achieved. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have deep knowledge of retail finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts for multiple business segments and regions

- Conduct monthly MIS reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analysis

- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management

Accounting & Compliance:

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing

- Monitor compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements

- Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors and ensure timely closure of audits

Operational Finance:

- Supervise accounts payable, receivables, and cash management functions

- Monitor capex and project expenditures

- Monitor fund flows, inter-company transactions, and ensure documentation and approval workflows

- Liaise with banks for arranging new credit facilities, renewal of existing limits, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance with covenant requirements

- Strengthen internal controls and SOPs across financial transactions

Qualifications:

CA with 5+ years of relevant Post Qualification experience with progressive responsibility
