Roles and Responsibilities:

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis:

- Build annual Opex, Capex, and Cashflow budgets.

- Build quarterly forecast.

- Build scenario analysis and provide structured solutions.

Finance Partnering:

- Build pricing for new services and review pricing of existing service contracts.

- Structure and set up new service contracts in collaboration with other functions and business stakeholders.

- Manage service contracts to make sure of adherence to the terms.

- Provides inputs and feedback for the right structuring of the contracts, cost centers, and profit centers.

Management Reporting:

- Build and periodically publish dashboards on financial performance and metrics.

- Provides financial results to the stakeholders on Actual, Forecast, and Budgets along with analysis.

- Identify variances and provide analysis for action.

- Establish allocation keys to enable cost analysis.

- Review periodically accounting results and provide feedback for correction.

Process:

- Bring in best practices, controls, and automation in helping productivity and efficiency, support corporate initiatives, including implementations, transformation, etc.

- Maintain high standards and quality of the financial reporting process.

Desired candidate profile:

- Qualified CA with 5 - 6 years of proven work experience in the same role (or) an MBA with minimum of 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience with an MNC managing multiple cost centers and multiple BUs.

- Strong accounting knowledge (India or International GAAP) and articulation skills to explain impact of accounting treatments on financial performance.

- Familiar with cross-border transactions in particular Transfer Pricing.

- Working experience in dealing with senior management in the organization.

- Strong knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis.

- Strong knowledge of Office Applications viz Excel, Word, etc.

- Working experience on ERPs like Oracle, SAP, etc.

- Working experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders internal and external.

- Ability to handle the role independently, strong team player, flexible on work hours and able to work under pressure.
