- This role is perfect for someone who has led at least two full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations and is ready to work across a variety of modules to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Implementation: Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- You'll be responsible for configuring and deploying various modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, and OTL.
- Technical Development: Use your technical skills to support functional configurations.
- This includes developing and maintaining Fast Formulas, using HDL for data loading, and creating custom reports with BI/OTBI.
- Solution Strategy: Work with stakeholders to design a solution that meets business needs.
- You'll use your expertise in Oracle HCM to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Skills:
- Core Modules: Expertise in Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, and OTL.
- Technical: Proficiency with Fast Formulas, HDL, and reporting tools like BI/OTBI.
- Experience with Redwood VBS is a plus.
- Implementation: A proven track record of managing at least two full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
Experience & Education:
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business Administration is preferred
