Key Responsibilities
EHS Leadership: Lead and manage the EHS team, providing guidance and support to ensure all safety and environmental protocols are followed.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory bodies, including KSPCB, CPCB, and MoFE.
Operational Management: Oversee the operations of the ETP/STP and all fire and safety systems.
Safety & Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments, internal audits, and safety trainings to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Budget & Reporting: Prepare CAPEX budgets, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and create comprehensive compliance reports.
Sustainability Initiatives: Drive a strong safety culture, manage waste, and lead sustainability programs across the organization.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 12-15 years of experience in an EHS role within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical sectors is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance for EHS (KSPCB, CPCB, MoFE).
- Hands-on experience with ETP/STP operations and fire & safety systems.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, audits, and safety trainings.
- Experience in CAPEX budget preparation and SOP development.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
