Role : Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Plant Finance Operations:

- Manage end-to-end financial and accounting functions at the plant.

- Oversee day-to-day factory accounting, including cost control, expense monitoring, and internal

checks.

- Ensure accurate product costing and standard vs actual variance analysis.

Taxation & Compliance:

- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Factory Act-related financial obligations.

- Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of statutory and internal audits.

MIS & Reporting:

- Prepare monthly MIS and profitability analysis for plant operations.

- Present financial dashboards to plant and corporate leadership for review and decision-making.

- Support business planning with data-driven insights.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises at the plant level.

- Track budget utilization and highlight cost deviations with remedial action plans.

- Working Capital & Inventory Control

- Monitor working capital with focus on inventory control, receivables, and vendor payments.

- Ensure timely reconciliation and accurate valuation of inventory.

ERP & System Controls:

- Ensure smooth functioning of financial transactions through ERP (SAP/Oracle).

- Maintain data accuracy, audit trails, and internal control systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- CA / ICWA qualified with 10-12 years of experience in plant finance.

- Must have prior experience in Auto Components, Automotive, or Auto Ancillary industries.

- Strong expertise in cost accounting, tax compliance, audit, and plant finance operations.

- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and Excel-based financial modelling.

- Proven leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
