About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with strong exposure to Data Server Cooling solutions, specifically for data centres and server farms. The role requires deep understanding of the cooling domain and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential customers in the Data Server Cooling ecosystem.

- Drive business development for cooling solutions across data centre farms.

- Engage with CXOs, procurement teams & technical stakeholders to understand requirements.

- Lead solution discussions, proposals, and demonstrations.

- Build strong customer relationships and develop long-term business opportunities.

- Track market trends and competitor movements in the data centre cooling space.

Candidate Profile:

- 8-10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Infra Tech / Data Centre-related solutions.

- Strong understanding of server cooling, HVAC, or related domains.

- Proven track record of B2B business development, deal closures, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
