Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role located in Silvassa for a Deputy Manager/Manager Accounts & Finance. - The role involves managing daily accounting activities, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, handling tax filings, and collaborating with auditors. - The Deputy Manager/Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as monitoring cash flow and financial - Master's degree in Finance, or a related field. - Professional certification (CPA, CA) is a plus. - Strong knowledge and experience in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance. - Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Experience in tax filings, payroll management, and auditing. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. - Familiarity with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is beneficial
