Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Stewardship & Governance
- Enforce corporate brand guidelines across all channels and materials
- Audit marketing assets for compliance, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards
- Coordinate with design and agency partners to update templates, logos, and key visuals
2. Content Development & Thought Leadership
- Draft and edit executive communications, leadership announcements, and corporate presentations
- Support whitepapers, case studies, annual reports, and corporate brochures with SMEs
- Leverage AI-powered writing and editing tools for efficiency, tone consistency, and localization
3. Digital & Social Engagement
- Execute corporate social media calendar on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels
- Monitor key performance metrics; optimize content using AI-driven analytics and social listening
- Maintain and update the corporate website's global pages, news section, and leadership profiles
4. Internal Communications & Employee Advocacy
- Produce multimedia assets (videos, infographics) using AI-enhanced design and scripting tools
- Coordinate with HR and leadership to support change-management communications
5. Event & Webinar Support
- Assist in planning and promoting corporate events, leadership panels, and large-scale conferences
- Analyze attendance, engagement, and feedback metrics using AI-enabled dashboards
6. Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Maintain the corporate marketing calendar, asset repository, and vendor contacts
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor invoicing processes
- Generate regular performance reports on corporate campaigns, website traffic, and media coverage using AI tools
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with BU marketing leads to ensure alignment on corporate messaging and shared campaigns
- Support PR, investor relations, and legal teams with collateral and communications requests
- Facilitate workshops and briefing sessions to cascade corporate priorities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in corporate marketing or brand management
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail
- Hands-on experience with social media management, CMS platforms, and email marketing tools
- Proficiency in AI-powered marketing or writing tools (e.g., content generation, analytics)
