Role Overview:

As a Fusion HCM Consultant specializing in Security, Learning, and OLC, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for designing and deploying robust cloud-based human capital solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, business stakeholders, and technical architects to translate complex organizational requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations. Your work will directly impact how global enterprises manage their talent development lifecycles and secure sensitive employee data, ensuring seamless integration and compliance across the entire HCM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud (OLC) modules to streamline enterprise training programs and skill development initiatives for global clients.

- Design and manage complex Oracle HCM security models, including roles, privileges, and data security policies, to ensure strict adherence to organizational compliance and data privacy standards.

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to map functional needs to Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities, ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption.

- Develop comprehensive functional design documents and configuration workbooks to guide technical teams through the implementation and customization phases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to security access or learning workflows to minimize operational downtime and improve user experience.

- Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to execute end-to-end testing, data migration, and cutover activities for large-scale HCM transformation projects.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud and managing complex security architectures within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

- Proven ability to translate intricate business requirements into functional system designs that align with global HR best practices.

- Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that enhance organizational learning and data security.

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders during project lifecycles.

- Ability to thrive in a remote or distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple time zones.

- A minimum of 5 to 15 years of professional experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with a focus on Security and Learning modules.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant Oracle Cloud certifications.
