Program Manager (12-15 yrs)

About the Role:

LTM is accepting applications for a Program Manager position.

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in Project Management with expertise in Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Project Documentation, and Status Reporting.

- Healthcare Insurance knowledge is a must.

- Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective actions.

- Managing communications with all stakeholders and managing both dependencies and syncing between projects.

- Well versed with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.

- Liaising between client team and onsite offshore team and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.

- Accountable for delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.

- Establishes clear decision making and communication processes.

- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to ensure that project delivery stays within budget and aligns with financial goals.

- Assist Sales presales team in identifying proactive proposals.

- Client Cadence weekly, monthly, quarterly.

- Identify and drive value addition.

- Coordinates and manage escalations, takes preventive and corrective actions.

- Develops and maintains project plans with associated deliverables for all assigned projects.

- Provide professional client interface, ensure responsiveness to client requirements and concerns.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Nice to Have:

- PMP or other related Certification.
