Role Overview
As an AVP at LSI Group, you will lead the origination of high-value mandates in Debt Syndication and Technical Advisory. Leveraging the group's 29-year legacy and its status as a Category-1 Merchant Banker, you will target corporate clients in the Hyderabad market, focusing on complex sectors like Mining and Renewable Energy, while driving growth in the emerging ESG Consulting vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Segment Debt Sourcing: Identify and secure debt syndication opportunities across diverse sectors (Pharma, Manufacturing. Packaging, Healthcare, etc.), including project finance and working capital mandates.
- Specialized Sector Origination: Target the Mining and Metals sector for financial and technical consulting, and the Renewable Energy sector (Solar, Wind, BESS) for project development and advisory services.
- ESG Consulting Sales: Promote LSI's ESG advisory suite, helping companies integrate sustainability metrics into their financial reporting and operations to unlock "green" finance.
- Banking & NBFC Liaison: Utilize your existing network within Banks and NBFCs in Hyderabad to generate a robust referral pipeline and collaborate on structured finance deals.
- Client Management: Act as the single point of contact for clients, managing the relationship from the initial pitch to mandate signing and through to fee collection.
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional Background: 4-6 years of aggressive sourcing experience in Corporate Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Advisory.
- Market Network: Established contacts within the Hyderabad corporate ecosystem and local banking circles.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; ability to represent a premier merchant banking brand like LSI Group to C-suite executives.
- Technical Familiarity: Broad understanding of debt instruments, project finance, and the evolving ESG landscape in India.
