Senior Manager, Site Activation & Communications Excellence Delivers strategic internal communications for key geographies and leads initiatives that elevate IC strategy, ways of working and team impact across the Group.

Role responsibilities & key accountabilities:

Activation:


- Leads a team of internal communications professionals located in different countries to deliver high-impact communications that align with enterprise business priorities, amplifying and making global initiatives relevant at a local level.

- Works with site and other relevant business leaders to understand engagement needs, offering strategic advice, guidance on self-serve where relevant, always ensuring alignment with Group-wide objectives.

- Drives efficient delivery through robust planning, resource awareness and a create once, use many times approach.

- Promotes a self-serve model and has clear visibility of team capacity and skills to flex resources to business-critical work.

- Collaborates across CAM (Corporate Affairs and Marketing) and the wider Group to deliver prioritised integrated campaigns and programmes.

- Cultivates a high-performance culture through coaching, performance management and support for team members.

- Lives, embeds and champions LSEG values through all internal communications activity.

Excellence:


- Plays a role in supporting excellence across Internal Communications,

- Owns and drives initiatives that improve innovation, consistency and quality across all internal communications.

- Supports and deputises for the Director, Internal Communications, Change Communications and Activation, helping develop team priorities and acting as a trusted advisor.

- Measures impact, shares insights and embeds a culture of continuous improvement, learning and excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:


- Good level of internal communications, collaboration with partners and line manager experience

- Understanding of the role cultural nuance plays in internal communications effectiveness
