- The Sales Compensation team is responsible for the accurate and timely Incentive Compensation payments for Sales payees governed by the Global Compensation Plan (GCP).

- The Operations area under this team provides support on performing the activities related to sales quota and transaction data uploads, adjustment processing, variable compensation payments submission to Payroll teams within the operating calendar timelines, whilst adhering to SOX and other internal controls.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the administration activities on the ICM Application including sales transaction data loads, data maintenance activities, maintenance of system reference data and monitoring the scheduled activities.

- Accountable for the accurate and timely processing of adjustments on sales transaction data and updates on the payee reference data.

- Quota uploads for variable letter launch for Sales Staff.

- Collaboration with the regional Sales Compensation Analysts on adjustment processing.

- Support Sales Compensation Capability activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT testing) during planned releases on the application for defect fixes or system improvements.

- Ensure established processes are adhered to for the areas that come under SOX and other internal controls and ensure.

- 100% compliance.

- Prepare various scheduled as well as ad hoc reports as requested by global stakeholders by extracting the data from ICM with different design or customization to enable accurate analysis and interpretation.

- Quickly adapt to new policies or process changes and support in documenting the same.

- Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:.

- At least 3 + years of demonstrated ability in finance processes (Order Management, Sales Compensation, AP, AR, etc.

- Good Excel Knowledge-ability to manipulate pivot tables and create formulas.

- Effective listening and Communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Experience working with colleagues in different geographical locations.

- Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to perform under established policies and perform with a sense of urgency to meet ambitious deadlines.
