LSEG Group - Business Unit Controller

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:.

- Assists in verifying financial data in compliance with Group procedures on a periodic basis.

- Contributes to maintaining appropriate internal controls over financial reporting (Internal/external) processes.

- Supports in understanding and adhering to all financial and accounting regulations and legislation.

- Conducts preparing and review of periodic financial statements (internal/external) of business/geography/function/division in a timely and accurate manner and support analyses of material variances.

- Supports Finance, Business and Corporate function stakeholders to deliver outcomes they own by supporting corresponding accounting, reporting and financial control support and enablement activities.

- Assists, supports and coordinates responses to audits.

Qualifications & Experience:.

- Qualification Degree (or equivalent) and globally recognized professional accounting qualification (preferred).

- Previous experience in reporting and financial control would be helpful.
