LS Automotive - Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team as Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role will closely support the CFO in driving financial performance, providing key insights, and ensuring accurate reporting for strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, coupled with hands-on experience in SAP and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the CFO in day-to-day management operations and financial oversight.

- Consolidate, analyze, and report financial data for Korea's business operations.

- Monitor key financial metrics including EBITDA, CAPEX, Cashflow, and Working Capital.

- Conduct variance analysis between budget, forecast, cost, and actual performance.

- Support business analysis, month-end closing activities, and financial reporting.

- Develop and maintain financial report templates for monthly and management reporting.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting / Finance.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance or FP&A roles.

- Proven expertise in analyzing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Strong working knowledge of SAP systems.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced analytical skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
