Job Summary : The Brand Communication Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our brand's communication strategy. This role encompasses content marketing, media buying, and overall brand messaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends and possess the creativity and analytical skills necessary to drive brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities : Content Strategy and Creation: - Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and values. - Create and curate high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and more. - Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience. Media Buying and Advertising: - Plan and execute media buying campaigns across digital and traditional channels to maximize brand visibility. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize media spend. - Build relationships with media vendors and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms. Brand Messaging: - Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice and messaging strategy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging is aligned across all touchpoints. - Monitor industry trends and competitor messaging to make strategic adjustments as needed. Budget Management: - Manage the marketing budget for content creation and media buying activities. - Track expenses, analyze ROI, and make budget recommendations based on performance. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing team to align content and media strategies with overall marketing objectives. - Collaborate with creative teams to produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience (7+ years) in content marketing and media buying roles. - Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms. - Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in e-commerce/D2C industry is a plus.
