LoveLocal - City Manager - Retail Network

We're looking for a high-performing City Manager to lead our Mumbai operations from the front. This is a ground-zero role focused on retailer acquisition, sales operations, and hyperlocal market expansion. If you've built 0- 1 businesses and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, this is your playground.

What You'll Own:

- Retailer Acquisition & Onboarding: Build a robust pipeline of local retailers across key categories.

- Sales Operations: Drive day-to-day sales, order fulfilment, and revenue performance.

- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with onboarded partners to ensure long-term success.

- 0- 1 Market Launch: Strategize and execute the full-scale launch of Mumbai operations.

- Catalog & Data Management: Ensure high-quality cataloging and pricing accuracy.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product, ops, and central teams to align on growth plans.

What We're Looking For:

- 8-10 years of experience in high-growth startups, with proven 0- 1 launch execution.

- Strong sales DNA-you know how to pitch, close, and retain accounts.

- Prior experience in hyperlocal commerce (e.g., groceries, quick commerce, local services, etc.)

- Comfortable with on-ground hustle and cross-functional chaos.

- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.

- Self-starter with a bias for action and ownership.
