Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals to drive business performance. This role partners closely with senior leadership to build a high-performing workforce, strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on people-related matters.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational growth and performance.
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute workforce and talent strategies.
- Lead talent planning initiatives, including succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
- Drive organizational design and restructuring initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support capability building through leadership development and talent development programs.
- Develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned with business priorities.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, transformation, and culture change programs.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Analyze HR metrics and people analytics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP experience supporting senior leadership.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
- Experience working in a matrixed and fast-paced business environment.
