Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in running and optimizing paid campaigns, building marketing automation workflows, and integrating tools to scale business performance.
The ideal candidate will be a Meta Ads Expert, and have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Make (Integromat), and end-to-end workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Develop strategies to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies for performance improvement.
Automation & Integrations:
- Build and manage workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and funnel automation.
- Create and maintain automation processes using Zapier and Make (Integromat) to integrate CRMs, ad platforms, and marketing tools.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for efficiency.
Tracking & Reporting:
- Implement pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion APIs for accurate attribution.
- Monitor KPIs and create performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Creative Input:
- Work closely with the creative team for ad copy, graphics, and video content aligned with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing.
- Expert-level skills in Meta Ads campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Proficiency in Zapier and Make (Integromat) workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, CRM integrations, and marketing automation best practices.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with attribution models, tracking tools, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience.
- Basic HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks.
- Knowledge of API connections and webhooks.
- Email marketing automation experience.
