Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager (B2B Lead Generation PilotOS)
Location: Remote / India (7pm 4am IST)
Type: Full-Time
About PilotOS:
PilotOS is the worlds first Campaign ROI Engineering System. We combine AlphaZero-style simulations with real-world microtesting, enabling businesses to achieve 2X99X ROI in 60 days. We are now building our inbound marketing engine and are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own our lead generation strategy end-to-end, based on proven growth funnels.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for replicating and scaling a LinkedIn + Content + Outreach funnel (see diagram shared) to drive high-quality inbound leads for PilotOS. You will work closely with our designers (graphics & video) to execute campaigns, while you focus on strategy, execution, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Own the funnel: Identify Engage Filter Nurture Convert.
Campaign Execution:
- Run LinkedIn Ads and manage campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
- Develop and distribute LinkedIn content (with design support).
- Execute cold email outreach campaigns to ICP prospects.
- Leverage SEO & content marketing to generate organic traffic.
Tracking & Optimization:
- Track LinkedIn engagers and identify website visitors using analytics/intent tools.
- Filter prospects based on ICP fit and route them to the right nurture flows.
- Run retargeting ads (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for lower CAC and higher conversion.
Collaboration:
- Work with design team for creative assets (graphics, videos).
- Coordinate with sales to hand off qualified leads and improve conversions.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing / demand generation.
- Proven track record of running LinkedIn Ads, cold outreach, and inbound funnels.
- Hands-on with tools like:
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- HubSpot/Reply.io/Smartlead for outreach
- Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMRush)
- Retargeting (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads)
- Strong understanding of ICP-based targeting, lead scoring, and funnel tracking.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure, report, and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to work independently as a one-person growth engine (with design support).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in early-stage SaaS startups.
- Familiarity with AI/marketing tech products.
- Knowledge of marketing automation & lead nurturing workflows.
