Clients Managed: 20-30 small business clients

Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Incentives for Retention & Upsells

- Create tailored marketing plans that align with each clients business goals

- Meet clients weekly to keep them happy, engaged, and growing

- Maintain strong relationships while upselling AI-driven marketing services

Marketing Execution & Optimization:

- Optimize campaigns to deliver 2X ROAS within 60 days

- Work with our expert marketing team in India to execute campaigns with precision

- Implement growth hacks to drive high performance on low budgets

Upselling & Revenue Growth:

- Earn performance-based incentives on every successful upsell

AI-First Approach:

- Train and educate clients on how AI can revolutionize their marketing
