Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Partner - Customer Success to join our team at Simplia Inc., a leading digital ad agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and support within the digital advertising industry, with a focus on meeting the holistic business needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their advertising requirements and objectives.

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and the advertising agency to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their advertising strategies and campaigns.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

- 5-7 years of proven experience in sales and customer success/support within the digital advertising industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience.

- Ability to understand and articulate client needs and objectives.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM from top-tier institutions such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, or equivalent global business schools preferred.
