Role Overview:
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier cold calling talent worldwide. You will work closely with our Sales Leadership and Talent team to build scalable processes and a strong, motivated outbound sales force.
We are open to strong HR professionals with a strategic mindset and execution skills. An HR leader from top institutes like IIM or XLRI with relevant experience in high-volume hiring and workforce planning will also be a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for 100+ global cold caller roles across multiple regions and time zones
- Build scalable sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment partners
- Screen and assess candidates for outbound sales skills, fluency, motivation, and cultural fit
- Build and manage a global sales talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and HR teams to align on hiring plans and performance metrics
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and fast hiring turnaround
- Track and report hiring KPIs: time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, etc
- Lead or contribute to broader HR/recruitment initiatives if coming from a strategic HR background
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment or strategic HR, preferably with global or remote teams
- Proven track record in high-volume sales hiring, especially cold callers, telemarketers, or SDRs
- Strong understanding of outbound sales roles and global talent markets
- Hands-on sourcing experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or international platforms
- Preferred: HR professionals from IIM, XLRI, or other Tier-1 and Tier-2 HR institutes with relevant experience in talent acquisition or workforce ramp-up projects
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Experience working across cultures and time zones
- Remote team-building or agency experience is a plus
