Role Overview: As a Creative Marketing Strategist, you'll own the strategy, execution, and delivery of performance-driven campaigns. You will blend AI tools, paid ads, content, SEO, and creative storytelling into high-impact strategies that drive ROI for our clients. You'll work closely with clients, designers, and marketing specialists to shape, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that deliver results every single time. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute AI-enhanced marketing campaigns with a mix of paid ads (Google, Meta), content, SEO, and email marketing - Collaborate with clients to understand goals, develop strategies, and present results - Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from concept to analytics, across digital channels - Design and deploy performance-driven ad campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Video) - Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding - Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates - Leverage AI and automation tools (ChatGPT,HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Make) for content, targeting, and optimization - Implement and manage third-party tool integrations to optimize workflows and marketing performance - Utilize advanced Meta Ads strategies for lead generation, remarketing, and conversions - Keep pace with trends in AI, MarTech, and platform algorithm changes Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: - 2+ years in digital marketing, campaign delivery, or creative strategy - Proven experience with paid advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, etc. - Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and lead funnels - Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification (mandatory) - Thorough knowledge of end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycle - Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a performance-focused role - Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, GoHighLevel (GHL), Make, or similar - Should be a master in marketing automation - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy - Excellent communication and presentation skills You'll Stand Out If You've: - Increased ROAS by 3x+ through multi-channel campaigns - Reduced CPL/CPA by 20%+ with strategic optimization - Led or managed campaigns that generated $100K+ in revenue - Successfully applied AI tools to speed up delivery or enhance performance - Integrated multiple third-party marketing tools into seamless workflows Bonus Points: - Experience in a startup or agency environment - Strong creative flair and a passion for branding - Portfolio of measurable campaign wins - Familiarity with CRM & marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, GoHighLevel) Why Join Us: - Work in a high-impact, AI-first environment - Collaborate with a global, fast-paced team - Ownership, creativity, and freedom to experiment - Opportunity to grow into senior strategy or leadership roles - Flexible hours, remote-first culture, and a client base that values innovation
