This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Brand Manager located in Delhi, India. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing brand positioning, overseeing product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute annual brand plans, positioning strategies, and go-to-market roadmaps.
- Conduct consumer and market insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Lead ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and recall.
Product Development & Innovation:
- Drive NPD (New Product Development) in collaboration with R&D, packaging, and regulatory teams.
- Oversee product lifecycle management and ensure timely launches.
Communication & Campaign Management:
- Own 360- campaign execution (TV, digital, influencer, in-store, print).
- Liaise with creative, media, and PR agencies to develop impactful communication.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using brand health and ROI metrics.
Consumer & Market Insights:
- Analyze consumer behavior, usage patterns, and feedback via research and data analytics.
- Lead U&A studies, brand tracks, and concept testing to inform strategy.
Sales & Trade Marketing Collaboration:
- Align closely with sales teams to create winning trade and retail strategies.
Financial Management:
- Manage brand P&L, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with revenue targets.
- Monitor spend efficiency and track ROI across marketing channels.
