Role & Responsibilities: - To develop and execute a range of marketing campaigns to help shape, promote and expand the brand. - Planning and implementation of Business as usual and iconic campaigns across Offline and Online mediums. - To Ideate and plan day-to-day Offline and product led activations primarily for physical retail. - Day-to-day coordination for creative requirements across offline & international business channels for new product launches and special offers. - Analyzing Offline market performance and using insights for growth and planning future campaigns - Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI. - To Execute campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget - To Monitor all outlets and resources for campaign impact and progress - Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels. - Competition analysis across offline channels to track new industry trends in the luxury line of products. - Work with Social media team, on key campaigns to ensure store activations/ promotions are leveraged on social media platforms on a regular basis. - Keep abreast of current trends in marketing. - To drive strategic direction of the luxury brand.
