Job Description:

- 10-15+ years of FMCG sales experience, with exposure to confectionery or impulse categories.

- MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing.

- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve volume, value, and market-share targets

- Drive distribution expansion, numeric reach, and visibility across urban and rural markets

- Lead and manage regional sales teams, distributors, and key channel partners

- Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade stakeholders

- Design and implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and in-store activations

- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends; take corrective actions as required

- Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams

- Ensure effective execution of launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns

- Manage sales budgets, ROI, and trade spends

- Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, and reporting standards

Top Skills:

- Strong understanding of FMCG sales dynamics, especially confectionery

- Expertise in GT, MT, e-commerce, and institutional sales channels

- Proven ability to drive volume growth and market penetration

- Strong negotiation and key account management skills
