Key Responsibilities:

- 12-20 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.

SAP Systems & Process Improvement

- Lead end-to-end SAP MRP processes, driving automation across vendor-side operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Implement and optimize SAP solutions, including DMS integrations, APIs, dashboards, and advanced reporting tools.

- Conduct periodic refresher training sessions on SAP modules to strengthen user adoption and process compliance.

IT Strategy & Digital Initiatives

- Develop and execute a 3-year IT roadmap.

- Drive digital transformation projects (BI, mobile apps, workflow automation).

- Lead SAP S4/HANA data preparation and optimization.

Compliance & Audit Management

- Ensure 100% ITGC and ITAC compliance.

- Manage User Access Reviews and SAP authorizations.

- Achieve zero high-risk audit observations.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

- Ensure hardware uptime, asset tracking, and network stability.

- Manage internet and critical system availability (>98% uptime).

- Optimize IT service delivery and infrastructure performance.

Cybersecurity & IT Risk

- Maintain zero critical security breaches.

- Ensure disaster recovery readiness (<1-day recovery).

- Conduct regular risk assessments and mitigation plans.

IT Enhancements & Tools

- Implement ITSM tools for service management.

- Ensure cloud server uptime and network cybersecurity compliance.
