Job Purpose:

- New packaging concept development basis marketing brief and implementation Constant support to Head R&D on product development works in terms of analysis analysis/execution of projects

Job Description:

- Cost analysis of existing products & to check the feasibility of cost reduction in packaging configuration.

- Develop a pipeling of innovation concepts pack, identifying the trends

- To lead packaging improvement initiative to achieve cost saving

- Interpretation & evaluation of Shelf-life study data & sharing the same to all stakeholders.

- Checking and approving artwork, Statutory and written content on wrappers, labels, Sheeting's, Pouches,

- Cartons received.

- Development of PM specification of primary/secondary/tertiary packaging

- Supporting purchase/manufacturing team by providing packaging technical support

- Collaboration with cross function team like SCM/QA/PDN for executing of various packaging projects

- Participate & audit cross functional department as a member of internal auditing team.

- Identification of accredited NABL Labs For External Analysis of final commercialized products.

- Support for development of Specification as per ISO 22000

- Identifying the vendor & procuring the lab requirements.
