Key Responsibilities
Remote Patient Monitoring & Clinical Surveillance (CORE)
- Design, implement, and scale remote patient monitoring (RPM) programs across dialysis centers, home care, and post-discharge settings
- Define continuous monitoring protocols for vitals, dialysis parameters, alerts, and early-warning indicators
- Establish risk stratification logic, alert thresholds, and triage models for chronic and high-risk patients
Command Center Setup & 247 Operations
- Establish physical and digital clinical command center infrastructure optimized for RPM workflows
- Define staffing models (nurses, duty doctors, care coordinators), shifts, SOPs, and escalation governance
- Ensure high uptime, data integrity, alert reliability, and regulatory compliance in a 247 environment
Escalation & Care Coordination
- Design and operationalize nurse - duty doctor - nephrologist - emergency escalation pathways
- Coordinate real-time responses with hospitals, dialysis centers, ambulances, and home care teams
- Ensure continuity of care across transitions (center - home - hospital)
Clinical Quality, Safety & Outcomes
- Translate RPM data into clinical quality metrics, complication reduction programs, and safety dashboards
- Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and corrective action frameworks
- Own outcomes such as hospitalization reduction, early complication detection, and patient safety KPIs
Technology & Platform Enablement
- Convert clinical monitoring workflows into dashboards, alerts, rules engines, and decision trees
- Drive integration with dialysis machines, RPM devices, wearables, EMR/HIS, and patient apps
- Act as the clinical-operations bridge to product and engineering teams, ensuring RPM usability and scalability
Scale, Economics & Governance
- Own and manage PnL of the command centre and drive it as a profit vertical
- Support multi-city, enterprise, and partner deployments
- Drive productivity, utilization, and RPM unit economics
Qualifications & Experience
- MBBS / BDS with MHA / MBA (or equivalent) (Clinical /Remote monitoring background is essential)
- 8+ years of experience in clinical operations with direct exposure to Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), command centers, or digitally enabled care models
- Hands-on experience designing or operating real-time monitoring, alerting, and escalation systems Strong understanding of patient safety, clinical governance, and quality frameworks
