A startup working at intersection of MedTech and Healthtech is hiring a sharp Chief of Staff
to help shape the next phase of growth. Ideal for early-stage professionals who thrives in
fast-paced environments, tackles complex system-level problems, and moves seamlessly
between strategy, product, and execution.

Location: Mumbai

About the Role:

This role blends across verticals ensuring the company executes efficiently while scaling
rapidly. You will work on high-priority initiatives, solve complex system-level problems, and
help drive the next phase of growth and transition to a leadership role in near future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with CEO to shape strategy, define priorities, and translate goals into
actionable plans.

- Lead and manage cross-functional projects across product, engineering, operations, and
finance.

- Build and streamline processes, SOPs, and dashboards to improve execution velocity and
operational clarity.

- Support product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and product rollout in
clinical/healthcare environments.

- Drive alignment across teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of missioncritical initiatives.

- Contribute to investor updates, fundraising material, MIS reporting, and financial planning.

- Manage key external relationships with partners, hospitals, clinical stakeholders, and
vendors when needed.

Ideal Candidate (Flexible):

- 2-5 years in Founder's Office, consulting, strategy, product, healthcare or operations roles; startup experience preferred.

- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and excellent communication.

- High ownership, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced execution.

- Good understanding of finance and modelling.

- Experience of project management tools.

- Experience in MedTech/Healthtech, SaaS, or healthcare operations is an added advantage.
