You will lead the entire marketing function - that means brand, demand generation, content, SEO, paid social, partnership co-marketing, and event activations - end to end. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and design, and will shape how the market thinks about Loop.
What you'll own
Brand & awareness
1. Own Loop's positioning and messaging - who we're for, what makes us different, and why it matters to the brands we want to win
2. Build top-of-mind recall for Loop among subscription merchants evaluating a platform switch
3. Ensure Loop shows up consistently in the right communities, conversations, events, and increasingly in AI-generated recommendations
Content & creative
1. Own content strategy and production: thought leadership, SEO-driven content, competitor comparisons, and sales enablement material
2. Strong design sensibility - able to brief, review, and raise the bar on creative output
3. Manage and direct motion designer for brand and product video content
4. Manage and brief the in-house design team and coordinate with content team.
Demand generation
1. Build and execute a demand generation engine across organic, paid, and partner channels
2. Run paid social campaigns (primarily LinkedIn) targeting decision-makers at high-growth DTC and ecommerce brands
3. Develop co-marketing relationships with ecosystem partners - ESPs, agencies, analytics tools - and convert them into pipeline
4. Build the measurement infrastructure to track what's working: funnel attribution, channel performance, and pipeline contribution
Events & webinars
1. Own Loop's presence at industry events - booth strategy, activations, lead capture, and post-event follow-through
2. Plan and execute webinars with partners and industry voices - end to end, from topic to promotion to replay distribution
3. Build Loop's reputation as a thought leader in subscription commerce through speaking, panels, and branded events
Product marketing & competitive intelligence
1. Lead product marketing for new features and capabilities: positioning, launch narrative, and go-to-market sequencing
2. Drive competitive intelligence: understand how the competition positions themselves and find Loop's clearest angles of attack
Qualifications
1. 8-12 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with ownership (not just execution) of a marketing function
2. Strong strategic instincts - can identify the right message for the right audience and build a plan around it
3. Excellent writer - comfortable with brand copy, ad copy, long-form content, and product narratives
4. Experience running demand gen across content, SEO, and paid social
5. Strong design sensibility - high bar for visual quality, able to direct creative work
6. Experience managing video content and working with videographers
7. Track record running webinars and/or industry events end to end
8. Has hired and managed a marketing team
