Drive Strategic Healthcare Initiatives - Deliver on key projects aligned with our product themes, such as doctor enablement and leveraging healthcare data for superior outcomes. Prototype and iterate on solutions that address complex healthcare problems, ensuring they are user-friendly for both patients and providers. What We're Looking For: Comprehensive UX Expertise - Proven experience with the end-to-end iterative UX process, including developing scenarios, wireframing, prototyping, conducting user research, and building scalable design systems. Empathy and Advocacy for Healthcare Users - Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with the needs of patients and doctors, solving intricate problems and designing bold solutions that improve health outcomes and streamline healthcare workflows.
