About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive enterprise sales and business growth for Loop's Insurance business. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring large enterprise accounts, building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and expanding Loop's presence in the corporate insurance and employee benefits market.

You will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, engaging with CXOs, CHROs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders to understand their employee benefits requirements and offer tailored insurance solutions. You will work closely with internal teams across pre-sales, underwriting, pricing, and operations to drive successful closures and ensure a seamless client experience.

This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a strong understanding of enterprise sales, the corporate insurance ecosystem, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand Loop's corporate insurance business across the large enterprise segment.

- Lead the complete sales process, from prospect identification and lead generation to client meetings, negotiations, proposal presentations, and deal closures.

- Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs, CHROs, CFOs, HR Heads, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers across large organisations.

- Identify and pursue high-value enterprise opportunities for Group Health Insurance (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), Group Term Life (GTL), and other employee benefits solutions.

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals, including Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.

- Personally drive engagement with key enterprise accounts and lead complex, high-value negotiations to secure significant business wins.

- Define regional and team-level sales targets, incentive structures, account strategies, and quarterly business plans in alignment with the overall business objectives.

- Establish a metrics-driven sales culture through regular pipeline reviews, performance tracking, forecasting, and structured feedback.

- Identify industry trends, competitor offerings, market opportunities, and evolving corporate insurance requirements to refine the go-to-market strategy.

- Define and strengthen the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring effective opportunity prioritisation and optimal allocation of sales efforts.

- Drive consistent adoption of CRM systems and internal sales tools for pipeline tracking, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.

- Work closely with underwriting, pricing, pre-sales, policy servicing, claims, and operations teams to ensure competitive proposals, smooth deal closures, and seamless client handovers.

- Partner with the VP Sales, CRO, CEO, and leadership team to shape and execute Loop's overall Insurance business growth strategy.

What We Are Looking For:

- 5 - 12 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the insurance, employee benefits, health insurance, or financial services industry.

- Proven track record of acquiring and closing large enterprise accounts and consistently achieving revenue targets.

- Established relationships and a strong network among corporate decision-makers, particularly CHROs, HR Heads, CFOs, CXOs, and procurement teams.

- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and high-value negotiations.

- Prior experience building, managing, and mentoring high-performing enterprise sales teams, including AEs and SDRs.

- Strong understanding of the corporate insurance ecosystem, including insurer relationships, broker/distribution models, underwriting, pricing, and policy servicing.

- Ability to develop sales strategies, drive pipeline growth, forecast revenue, and manage performance through data-driven decision-making.

- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and convert strategic business opportunities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages would be an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development, and market expansion.

- A strong ownership mindset, entrepreneurial approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
