Job Summary:
This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on expertise in digital marketing tools and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Identify target audiences, segment customers, and design funnel-based marketing approaches.
Performance Marketing:
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths to improve lead quality.
- Monitor and enhance key campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, lead-to-sale ratio).
Content & Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online touchpoints.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights with senior management.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite for monitoring and analysis.
Team Leadership:
- Align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) with sales objectives.
- Foster continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualification:
- Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Digital Marketing Certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, analytics, and automation platforms.
