Requirements.

We're looking for a strategic problem solver who thrives on data, enjoys ambiguity, and wants to drive meaningful impact on the supply side of a fast-growing product.

What You'll Own.

Supply Availability & Performance.

Ensure supply matches PDAU needs.

Track: Active Hosts %, Call Pick-up Rate, Talk Time, Retention.

Strategy & Execution.

Plan (40%) and run (60%) experiments to improve supply-side metrics.

Build frameworks for quality checks and auditing.

You're a Fit If You Have:

- 1+ year in consulting, strategy/business ops, founders office or revenue strategy role.

- Strong data skills - from retrieval to insight.

- Team handling experience with KPI ownership.

- Engineering or MBA from a top-tier college.

Good to Have:

- Startup experience.

- MBA from a reputed institute.
