Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market sizing, analysis, and aggressive experimentation to identify and validate viable monetization use cases. - Develop and execute a comprehensive launch strategy to bring the product to market. - Conduct thought experiments and scenario planning to anticipate market dynamics and optimize strategy. - Develop and implement a comprehensive operations and supply strategy. - Build and manage the supply chain from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency. - Develop and manage revenue projections, closely tracking Gross Margin and costs. - Implement pricing strategies, discount programs, and revenue maximization initiatives. - Identify and implement cost reduction strategies to optimize profitability. - Retrieve and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and track performance. - Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. Requirements: Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a Founders Office, EIR (Entrepreneur in Residence) role, product management, consulting, or strategy. - 5-7 years of overall professional experience. Skills: - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills (data retrieval and analysis). - Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses. Education: - B.Tech or MBA from Tier I colleges is a plus. - Startup experience is a strong plus.
