Senior Manager / AGM Human Resources

Location: Coimbatore

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / AGM - Human Resources to lead HR Team for the Coimbatore location. This role will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, ensure operational excellence, and maintain compliance while supporting a high-growth US Healthcare RCM environment.

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end HR ownership, including employee lifecycle management, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and HR governance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering (Strategic):

- Act as a strategic HRBP to senior leadership and business heads.

- Partner with stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.

- Provide insights and guidance on performance management, career progression, and leadership development.

- Support business growth through proactive people strategies aligned with organizational goals.

HR Operations & Governance (Execution):

- Own and manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, employee movements, exits, and HR documentation.

- Ensure smooth execution of Indian payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and audit readiness.

- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations.

- Drive policy implementation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.

- Act as SPOC for internal audits, statutory inspections, and external consultants.

Performance, Engagement & Culture:

- Drive PMS cycles, goal setting, reviews, and calibration in collaboration with leadership.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, action planning, and retention strategies.

- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with LogixHealth values.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, and other statutory requirements.

- Lead POSH compliance, ICC processes, and awareness programs.

- Mitigate people-related risks through robust governance and documentation.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

- Act as the primary HR SPOC for the Coimbatore location.

- Collaborate with Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and L&D teams.

- Mentor and lead HR team members at the site level.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: MBA / MSW in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience:

- 12-18 years of progressive HR experience

- Proven experience in HRBP + HR Operations combined role

- Location Exposure: Experience handling large Coimbatore or Tier-2 city operations is a plus
