
Responsibilities
- Oversee BAU tasks of metrics management and internal audits
- Perform monthly reviews of metrics and audits
- Conduct quarterly reviews to identify trends and provide early warnings for reporting
- Apply strong analytical to the existing processes
- Define new operation strategies
- Improve existing process and people efficiency
- Bring in process improvements
- Stakeholder Management
People Management:
- Plan preparedness of team members to next role
- Mentoring of team members
- oversee team members deliverables
Required skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Connecting the dots - ability to see relationship between different data sets and/or information to understand underlying issues and to understand a bigger picture
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in metrics management, audits, process improvements
- Good program management skills
