Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Logistics Ops Lead to spearhead our supply chain and fulfillment strategy in Bangalore. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end movement of goods, ensuring seamless coordination between warehouse operations, last-mile delivery partners, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for scaling our dark store network, optimizing inventory accuracy, and driving operational excellence to enhance customer experience. By bridging the gap between strategic planning and ground-level execution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our logistics infrastructure and ensuring we meet aggressive growth targets in a fast-paced market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end setup and management of dark stores to ensure rapid fulfillment and high inventory availability for our customers.
- Optimize last-mile delivery performance by monitoring key metrics and collaborating with logistics partners to reduce turnaround times and operational costs.
- Manage complex inventory cycles, including audits and replenishment strategies, to maintain high stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage across all nodes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with the procurement, tech, and customer support teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Implement robust SOPs for warehouse operations to ensure safety, compliance, and productivity standards are consistently met across all shifts.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale logistics operations, with a proven track record of scaling dark store networks and optimizing last-mile delivery routes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex supply chain data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and negotiate effectively with external vendors and logistics partners.
- Proven experience in inventory management systems and warehouse management software, ensuring high levels of operational transparency.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Bangalore, demonstrating high adaptability to changing business needs and operational challenges.
- A degree from a premier institute is preferred, complemented by 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in high-growth logistics or e-commerce environments.
