Role Overview:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive - EPM with strong experience in international shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics project management. This role focuses on managing end-to-end shipping operations while supporting logistics-related projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods across borders.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders including freight forwarders, shipping lines, internal teams, and global partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Shipping Operations:

- Manage end-to-end import and export shipments, primarily ocean freight

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and transporters

- Ensure accurate documentation for international shipments (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.)

- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, exceptions, or operational issues

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and shipping standards

Project & Program Management:

- Support and execute logistics and shipping-related projects

- Plan, track, and monitor shipment timelines as part of broader project schedules

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery

- Identify risks in logistics execution and propose mitigation plans

- Maintain clear documentation and project status updates

Freight & Vendor Management:

- Manage freight bookings, rate negotiations, and shipment planning

- Monitor freight costs and support cost optimization initiatives

- Work closely with international and domestic logistics partners

- Ensure service quality and adherence to agreed SLAs

Process & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate logistics data, shipment trackers, and reports

- Support continuous improvement in logistics and freight processes

- Share regular updates with internal stakeholders on shipment status and risks

- Comfortable working in an in-office setup
