Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist with 3+ years of experience in logistics operations and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in reviewing logistics documentation, optimizing supply chain workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will work remotely with cross-functional teams to analyze logistics data, improve documentation quality, and contribute to process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, analyze, and validate logistics documents, including Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Inventory Registers, ensuring authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.

- Develop and annotate sample logistics documentation to demonstrate best practices in supply chain management.

- Evaluate existing supply chain workflows and recommend process improvements based on practical industry experience.

- Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, document structures, and operational processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify project requirements and explain complex logistics concepts effectively.

- Participate in quality assurance activities by validating the accuracy and relevance of logistics and supply chain datasets.

- Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation aligned with industry best practices.
