Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth in the IT solutions and services sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

- Identify and target new business opportunities in IT products, services, and solutions.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions, including software, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and adjust strategies as needed.

- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to support sales initiatives.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and management updates.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of IT services, software products, and solution selling.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Skills:


- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed IT Services.

- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies.

- Existing network of enterprise clients.
