Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can not only handle end-to-end social media strategies but also manage a team effectively.

- The ideal candidate should have a solid background in content writing, digital marketing, and a good understanding of website requirements, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

- Manage and guide the content and design team for campaign execution.

- Create engaging and original content tailored for different channels.

- Collaborate with the web development team to align social media campaigns with website requirements and updates.

- Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (2-4 years preferred).

- Strong content writing and storytelling skills.

- Good understanding of website structures, requirements, and digital marketing integration.

- Team management and leadership skills.

- Hands-on experience with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics.
