Proven work experience from 6months to 1 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role 2. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks 3. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods 4. Knowledge of ZOHO Recruit or any other ATS. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 6. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
