Minimum experience of 4-6 years in handling talent acquisition and recruitment in a mid sized organization 1. Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries 2. Fully administer and maintain the LogicLadder HRMS 3. Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment 4. Actively plan and execute employee engagements 5. Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation 6. Research and analyze data for special projects and policy development. 7. Manage and execute the entire recruitment process 8. Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence 9. Liaise with and manage recruitment agencies 10. Assist in orientation and exit interview process. 11. Orient new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs. 12. Act in a confidential capacity handling external and internal inquiries from the public, employees, & departments. 13. Planning and organizing employee trainings
